Easy to find and correct navigation thro the app very happy

Postcode took me to the wrong address first.when I finally found the place instructions was park in Bay 17 there where two bays with 17 with letters behind them didn’t know which one to park in. Tried to ring contact number to asked which bay to park in but no answer.very disappointed in the service. Hopefully I will not be getting a parking ticket because I should of parked in the other bay.

I had to attend a very important meeting at the courthouse in Lancaster and not knowing the city layout I needed somewhere to park within the vicinity. The JustPark app took my money over the phone easily enough that morning but when I arrived at the location via satnav there was no evidence whatsoever for the parking space. There were no signs to indicate the name of the area I was supposed to be looking for in a complicated maze of backstreets and I could not ascertain where exactly the alleged parking space actually was, so I ended up parking for several hours in the Aldi car park instead.

Booked the space for an appointment my daughter had in Lancaster, we had to be there for 9am, got to the address in time, found there to be 2 gated developments, the PIN code given didn't work on either, tried to call owner but no answer! Had to take my daughter directly to the appointment so as not to be late, which defeated the purpose of booking the parking space for 08:30am, this caused unnecessary stress, not to mention the risk of a ticket as there was no available parking and not being from Lancaster, we didn't know the area. Drove back to the address after dropping off my daughter, gate code still didn't work, called owner again, this time got an answer, explained to the lady exactly where we were, right outside the 2 gated developments! For some unknown reason, other than the possible language barrier, she informed us that we were in the wrong place?! We drove around for 25mins with the owner on speakerphone trying to give us directions in a town we've never been to before, very frustrating, very stressful! Turns out we were in the correct place all along! The reason we couldn't get through the gate?... apparently the code is the old code!!! The whole situation could have been avoided had the owner simply updated their information with the parking company. Needless to say I'll be avoiding this space and any other space with a security gate in future.

Easy to use thank you for a good place to park

A good space, easy to park & very secure, but it would have been helpful to know the code related to a gated area rather than just a parking lock. We drove past several times before deciding it must be there.
