Thought this looked like a great scheme and I booked the space and paid, but never received any confirmation of exact location, how to access, what to do. Tried to contact the company without success. No ref number or how to contact. Had to take train instead. Very disappointing.

Carpark of Knightwood shopping centre with tesco, greggs, pizza hut etc. Busy at 6.30pm when we arrived but still no problem finding a space. 20min walk to Scoutston stadium.
