I gave this a 2 star rating, because I paid for the space before online. Trying to get out the carpark was a nightmare! The Barrier wouldn’t open for our car to get out, and the Q code wouldn’t work either! So had to wait 15 minutes for assistance, he also struggled to let us out! So I went over my time and I’m hoping I don’t get charged! If I do I expect a full refund.

Unfortunately I couldn't get to the car park as the street was closed . You should have updated your website and stop people to book parking there. It's not that I lost the money but I was very late to an appointment as I had to look for another parking space.
