Walking distance to Kingston town centre, Kingston Station, Norbiton Station, Richmond Park, Kingston Hospital, The Rotunda. You can park on either side. If you have a car with a low ground clearance (sports car etc) you may ground the car in the space in front of the front door. The other side is fine.
