I needed to change my vehicle details after I’d bought a ticket in advance, but as it was less than 24 hour’s notice, I couldn’t do this and wasn’t entitled to a refund. Therefore I had to pay twice!!!

I paid to park at Asda, Kings Hill when I didn't need to! I'd never been there before and didn't know the parking situation. I paid online rather than take the risk of something going wrong. When I got there I found that parking is free for three hours. There may be something on your site that says that but I certainly didn't see it. I've been ripped off

We parked in a motorhome, it was a very clean car park, and we felt safe up until 10 pm at night, unfortunately three boy races turned up, revving their engines laughing and joking, they were there for about 45 minutes and thankfully they left, the rest of the night was very quiet,
