The car park was closed for an event and I was unable to enter despite having pre-booked

The owner of this car park needs to put a sign up confirming it is the Hanse House car park. I wasa bit nervous that we had the right place. Only sign is those nasty car company signs telling you about the huge charge if you dont pay. Also arrive Saturday afternoon and there were only two spaces left. I can forsee a problem as the space are unreserved and anyone can park on the day

Could not be sure of location. No one available to ask. No signs. Couldn't risk getting a parking ticket from other companies so paid again.

Hi great parking, go past the blue cobbles tea room sign, bear left in between two buildings and enter an area with a lot of parking spaces- easy to walk to all bars
