No complaints, except for your requirement that all bookings should be paid for in cash. As far as I can tell, this requirement is not explicitly detailed on your listing; only after the booking is complete (which requires an electronic payment to be made anyway) is this then disclosed. Some may not be able to honour this request so it is best to be upfront about it.
I also had to chase JustPark for a refund against my card for the cash payment made (now done, but took a few days to action).
This is a good parking space, but made fiddly be the owner not wishing to adhere to the way JustPark intended parking fees to be collected and returned to parking space owners.
