Purchasing straightforward but directions including link to map were wrong and took us to wrong carpark, had to spend an hour finding out where I had paid to park. Council employee said there were many in same position and the company had not arranged anything with council to use there carparks

Not impressed at all!! Followed the directions, made sure it was the right place, checked the buildings around matched etc. booked for 8hrs and came back to find a parking ticket on my windscreen.
Appeal pending after taking a number of photos of area for proof to compare to the booking on this app.

Car park was fine. I did however return to my car to find a parking fine stuck to my window! Please explain why this is the case, as I will be appealing the fine!
