Easy to reserve, good parking places and easy access with plate recognition. However, during departure my plate was not recognised and I had to call to get out. With some explaining I was helped well.

All good thank you very much, the only issue is the car part not recognising the booking and hence having to call the emergency number every time to ask them to open the gate. I guess the integration between the 2 system needs attention.

AVOID THE CAR PARK AND AVOID THE APP
nothing to say about finding the car park or keeping the car there the issue started when we wanted to leave, at the barrier we called the intercom several times no-one answered, then we called the phone number left nearby the intercom in case no one will answer and guess what, went straight to voice message. I ended up paying twice, emailed the customer service and no one came back to me.

Easy online booking form. Very secure car park I parked for ten days without any problem. And it saved me money - £15 less than the actual car park prices!

This is about the 15th time I have booked this car park for ITFC games. No problem until you get to the barrier when you have to press the help button and wait. Yesterday I was sat for 5 minutes and when another customer pulled up to the other barrier, also using Just Park, we were blocking anyone else getting out. I had to loudly use my horn to get someone's attention. Please change the exit procedure for Just Park customers to avoid this happening again. There must be a better system?

Good value car parking. Only issue was the name of the car park isn't clear when booking and doesn't seem to match up with location.

Car park has changed owner and name, as such not clear to find & reservation not recognised so had to pay twice.

I could not find this carpark - the Sat nav instructions sent me to dead ends/round in circles and I gave up and parked elsewhere.
