I arrived to the car park and there car park was completely full up. No space whatsoever. I had to drive around the town centre of Ipswich to find and pay for alternative parking which took 1 hour as there was a football match going on. Very disappointing and stressful experience

The car park was full and there was nowhere to park the car so we had to park in a different car park and pay again !

I couldn't park because by the time I arrived all the spaces had been taken. Even though I'd paid for a space there was nobody there to allocate saved parking spaces. I ended up going to another car park. Very disappointed, paid but couldn't park. It'd be nice to be refunded my money but probably won't happen.

Terrible - there no spaces available. We had to find another venue to park at and we were connected late for the start of our event. Can I please be refunded?
