Booked it for the football, showed up and all the parks were taken. Had to go elsewhere making me late for the event.

Didn’t need it in the end so tried to cancel it, it was about a minute under the 24 hours, I asked for a refund they said so but they would cancel the booking free of change, what just so they could resell it? No way, they should be more flexible, parking space sat empty for 4 hours, even a partial refund and I would have cancelled so they could re sell to someone else but they wanna be petty? I’m the Queen of petty

Easy to book online. However, does paying in advance with Just Park guarantee a space?

parking machines were out of order and so was the app.

Travelled from London and arrived to find no parking spaces left If they are not able to secure a definite space this should not be offered as a parking place

No space available on arrival with other motorists lapping the car park looking for non existent spaces, seemed to be open for pay and display so how it is monitored I don’t know.
