Be careful. The owner cancelled my booking in the week leading up to a match at Portman Road and relisted it at more than double the price!! It could happen to you.

The online profile (or after you've booked to be able to see the detail) could show more clearly both where the entrance is to get to the parking space and precisely where the space/s are. Clear photos of the numbered spaces both in close up and also showing where the space is relative to the whole car park would be useful. Communication regarding the precise location and details of the space could have been better, more timely and clearer. The spaces were very small, my VW Up was fine but bigger cars and slightly careless parking would mean that some drivers might have problems.
