We couldn’t find the parking space so parked close to the station cheaper

Car park was locked and could not get out, automated customer support was of no assistance, a notice attached to the rear window said that my car details had been reported to the police for being left unattended for more than 48hrs. Was distraught as I needed to be at a meeting the next day and wouldn't be able to open the car park gate until the next day. Twice now I have sued the app to park when the space used was still available on the site but obviously not in use in reality, paid for in good faith with no support, very troublesome experience.
