I have discovered that Car Parking at Morrisons, Inverurie is FREE all week. Please refund parking charges made by Justpark of £6-09 to my Bank Card, and explain why the parking charge was taken on May 15th 2026. Thank you.

It was easy enough to arrange online and though a bit more costly than I hoped. Morrisons shopping car park allows two hours parking for free anyway and it was unclear whether those hours could be included in the charge made or not. Should I have paid for four hours parking or two hours parking? I paid for four. In addition I acknowledge you were trying to provide extra add ons such as insurance re theft / damage protection etc but it was annoying to have to check and double check that these were not added to the parking charge by default. After all your business name is called "Just Park".
