There was no parking spaces for my van. Parked in 1 and my van was half on lines, a customer told me he got a parking fine for parking a car on it before as the back end went just on the lines. All other spaces were taken. Please refund me as I had to pay to park at Morrisons via your app

the car park was full. on arrival, I booked with just park as I thought it guaranteed a space!! I tried to phone help line after driving round for 10 mins no one answered, thankfully someone pulled out and I got parked. but I paid more than just turning up and waiting for a space and parking!!! this is just a con no guaranteed space! I will just turn up next time and pay less
