I booked an overnight stay at Grampian road car park in Aviemore and came back to a £50 fine or £100 after 14 days from highland council.
It seems just park have no authority to sell spaces in said car park.
After some phone calls and emails to the council and just park and sending photo evidence of my receipt to the council they basically said tough….pay up, just park said hold off until we investigate which could take some time .
I never and paid the £50 at day 14 before it doubled.
In the end they reimbursed me and the £50 was back in my account nearly 5 weeks after I paid it but I had to call them again to get that. To be fair that time they sorted it quickly on the phone , I think they just forgot about it.
Given 2 stars instead of 1 because I got the money back but I can’t give more than that.
First and probably last time using just park, no point if I have no confidence in them !
I don’t normally leave bad reviews but all in all it was just a faff I could have done without!

Everything was easy to book online and the price was good considering what some other companies were charging. I would suggest that the map/ directions to the parking space was a little clearer as it took a couple of attempts before I found the right place.

no signage its just a council carpark
wasn't sure i was in right place .
after contacting Just Park helpline was told to phone car park owner .

The description of how to get to the space. No description of the surroundings and no contact details. We missed our train as I wasn't sure if the car was in the correct place. But I did contact Just Park, and they contacted me within 48 hours and eventually confirmed, my car was in the correct place.
