Alfred Street Car Park

It was cheap spacious and never to access

Easy to book and find when we got there. Loads of space and two minutes from Town Hall where we were going.

I prepaid/ booked my space in advance. On arrival the car park was full with multiple other people waiting. No barrier, no car park attendant. I tried to find alternative parking near however as parking is limited across the town it was chaos. I would not recommend this service or ever trust a reserved advanced car park booking again.

It was so simple!

The whole car park was full with no where to park. I was taking two children to the panto and it was so stressful driving around looking for parking. I’ve used this app loads of times and this has never happened but this was dreadful and I can’t find a way to get my money back for the unusable parking. Dreadful-zero stars as I couldn’t park

It was east to book and plenty of free spaces when we arrived. It was also very reasonably priced. Really handy for the Town Hall.

Easy to arrange on app. Had notifications with details,including when reservation was due to expire. Will use again

The car park was full with cars queuing waiting to park. We don’t know the area so not having a space to park easily was very annoying.

Lots of choice car park &ease of booking...

An honourable company, following a less than satisfactory first experience of this service. Having paid in-line for a reserved parking space, there was no subsequent explanation given on how to proceed, nor any guidance on exactly where the car park was (the entrance being via a supermarket car park and not obvious). I parked up and when I left, rather than risk a large fine for illegal parking, I paid again. JustPark needs to review their procedure, with full instructions provided. I would definitely use again though….
