Sainsbury's Huddersfield Car Park

Great alternative to parking at the John Smith stadium, easy to find, secure location and only 20 minute walk to the stadium.

It's a small Sainsbury's car park. However be warned they shut the car park at 8pm. We got lucky someone managed to get hold of someone to come let us in the car park (lifts and doors all locked) had they not...would have meant a hotel

Secure, plenty of space. Beware. The cap park was locked and shuttered when we returned We were send a keypad code, no keypad. Fortunately another driver had spoken to someone in Sainsburys and there was a bell. Somebody came and opened up, so worked out in the end

The address of the carpark was to one that shut at 8pm yet the app let me pay until 2am. We were attending a concert and when we returned to collect the car, the shutters were down & the doors locked. Several other people had the same issue & had to get taxis home , some going quite a distance. I will never use this company again!

Excellent - a 5-star experience

I booked parking from 5pm to 11.30pm, but on return at 10.45pm, the car park was completely closed, all accessible doors, lifts, including the main entrance was shut. When I called, Just Park offices were closed and all I got was a recorded message. We finally managed to enter after 25 minutes after locating a night porter from the store who let us in. I felt really panicked by this and it ruined an evening which was up to then a good night. Thank you Just Park for your terrible customer service!!!

I booked parking from 4pm to 11.30pm, but on return at 11pm, the car park was locked up and inaccessible. Just Park offices were closed by this time, and the police were unable to help as it was private property. There were 10 of us in 4 vehicles who were unable to access the car park. Fortunately, we were able to contact the night porter at the Sainsbury's store, who allowed us access. Just Park should not have accepted bookings for a car park that closes after a certain time. This was very stressful as we were unsure whether we would have to wait until the following morning and/or also find overnight accommodation as we lived out of the area.
