There was no space available when I arrived at the designated parking spot

From the satellite image on Google maps it looks like the property has an off road parking space. However it is blocked off by a locked gate. When I contacted the space owner I was told to park in the back street. I should not be charged for this and she shouldn't be allowed to charge anyone else either, remove her from your site, it's disgusting.
