I payed through your app but am still receiving the parking charge notice

The patrol officers are extremely diligent and hard-working. Very pleasant.

First of all when entering the property there is a person standing there but does not help in terms of where to go to park or even guide... So most people will assume to park outside the property not go to the back... the boards need to be more clear as it does not catch peoples eye. Please can you train your staff and speak to people who own the property to train theres

Vista center is a horrible place with incorrect parking information. They send parking tickets saying visitors need to park in red zone. This information is scattered and difficult to obtain when you enter their premises.

Got a parking ticket from CPN even after we paid through just park. We paid for two vehicles through one app.

The Center sent me a fine after paying this amount and I had to bring it to their notice with an appeal. I checked online that they do this with all disabled vehicles as well which is very shocking

pathetic parking space deliberately designed to send PCN to the people. Please ensure that if you see red colour then only park in that bay o.w be ready for the fine. the parking bays don't have proper markings so just be sure before you park.
