Very bad service. I booked my parking at earl haig. There are three different parking at the same spot. No clear message where to park. When phoned just park they said I haven’t booked but when I forward confirmation she said it is but not on there system. I wasted first three hours of booking for looking another parkin. Then I have to pay extra for parking and after three hours I recieved email saying my booking is confirmed as system take time to update. What a joke.
I am confuse why i give 2 stars it should be one star.

This parking seemed to just be a space on double yellow lines, not signposted. I ended up parking in a car park nearby and paying twice.

Difficult to locate, not well signed! no space information provided. Looked like a dumping site with fly tipping all over. Was surprised my car was still there & not damaged upon returning!

The area didn't have any just park signs anywhere so we're unsure whether we were in the right place, but couldn't see anywhere else to park. It felt like we were taking a chance leaving the car there, and on our return, we were expecting the car to have been towed for being in the wrong place!

Incredibly difficult to find space even after speaking to 2 delivery drivers and local postman. Received parking notice afterwards- currently appealing.

Easy to book. Some negative reviews got parking tickets or couldn’t find the space - I used the directions sent by text message on the day, and made sure I parked in the right part of the car pack which also had spaces run by other companies. Would use again.
