I was fined for parking here despite paying and parking in the right place

Ended up paying parking penalty of £60 although I booked the space through JustPark. There was no support from JustPark.

Paid in advance. Went on the spot and there were 3 parking areas. None if them had the location number I was given. Tried calling just park no one answered. Had to pay there extra to secure place. Very disappointed. Not recommended.
