Attention to the customer, my home address is 31 the crescent, not crescent way, please. The parking space can accommodate 4 car , but we dnt take any motor caravan please if you need to go to the south terminal, it is just 10 minutes from my house on foot; it is just walking distance as there is a shortcut nearby with a good pathway; if you need to go to the north terminal, there is a service shuttle at south terminal and take 1 minute from south terminal to north terminal . The parking space is nearby Horley train station, which has direct link transport to Gatwick airport or London. We provide transfer to the airport but need to negotiate in advance please, If you need any help, please text me, there is someone always at home, and i will try to assist you as soon as possible. Great space, excellent comms from the owner, fab location and quick easy walk to South terminal where you can get in the lift to the shuttle to north terminal if needed. Highly recommend!

The owner was very friendly and guided me through finding the place and the way to the airport in a very clear and easy way. However there was a problem with the reservation which stated that I was supposed to park at number 31 when instead it was at number 18. I have also received 2 different messages about the reservation (1 from the owner and 1 from a person which neither me nor the owner knew anything about). This was obviously an app problem and has nothing to do with the experience I have had with the parking and the owner which I highly recommend and will definitely reuse again.

Amazing service. Had to extend parking due to flight cancellation the parking space owner was very helpful. 11 min walk to South terminal. Would recommend.

Sabrina was contactable, even at 3am as a selfish driver had almost taken up two spaces. Her husband came out to help me squeeze into the space and all was well. Very pleasant couple and everything is as described, it's safe and a 10 minute walk via footpath if you choose to do so. We only had on board luggage so it was fine.
I will definitely use this service again !
