appalling g having to use an app to park. very difficult with poor signal and a nightmare for older people like myself. put a machine back in please!

There was no internet connection at the parking site to pay digitally. There was no machine at the parking site to pay or scan membership card.
The only way to pay is to go online when you get home/get an internet connection, this is a waste of time and very inconvenient. There should be a machine available on site.

It would be much easier if there was the facility to scan your membership card at the site. The new system is less convenient than the old one.
