For some reason I was restricted to 2 hours in a long stay car park. The alternative was 12 hours but when I chose it I was told that the maximum was 1 minute! Weird!

The option to extend your booking is either not
working or does not exist, I tried to extend today but the option that included the word time wanted me to select a subscription.

This smaller separate section of the car park was in poor condition, and flooded. The parking app glitched, and initially wouldn't allow payment except by ApplePay. When it finally accepted my credit card details it increased the booking time and fees by one hour, which I didn't want or need. A very poor experience.
