The parking was okay (had to park in a field as overflow parking) but the payment machine didn't work so paying for the parking was extremely difficult. There is only one machine, so I had to download an app, but poor reception in the location meant this took a very long time and was extremely frustrating.

Shame that I could have paid just £5 if I had used the machine in the car park rather than the £5.20 that I was charged using the App. Wouldn't it be better to make it cheaper using the app to encourage people to use it..???? Could someone explain that please

Online login kept asking me for email and password, even after I’d entered the reset one. In the end phones the number and the recorded message told me it would be quicker to do it online. Then you ask me to review a frustrating parking experience, which I’d quickly moved on from yesterday as life is too short to angst about parking the car!
