Poorly maintained car park with plenty of bumps and pot holes. The land owner should spend some of the income / revenue maintaining the site.
A positive is that the toilets were open for use and clean.
No Cash taken. So you have to resort to the App which can be an issue for some; certainly an issue if the area does not have good reception. This was something someone mentioned on a previous visit of theirs but not an issue for us (perhaps different cell network).
Overall a good location for a walk along the river and the car park seemed quite busy which is testament to the location.
Good prices for parking. i.e. not a rip off.
The 3 starts are mainly because of the poor state of the surface of the car park (in certain areas). Otherwise i would have given it a 5.

Parking charge information is poor and weak mobile signal can cause problems.

Very poor/ non existent mobile phone signal so had to walk for 20 mins before we could get one which was all rather stressful!
