Machine didn't work and 4g connection was dreadful. Managed to pay for fear of a fine but what if I didn't have a smartphone???

So much easier to do it this way. The car park is remote and the ticketing machines need Rocket Scientist level expertise to operate them.

We had a trouble with the app. We set a new vehicle registration and went through the steps but for some reason it went back to the saved registration and we got a parking ticket. Is there anything that can be done here?

30 minutes wasted trying to get signal, download app, phoned but no answer. many many visitors frustrated. I will avoid your car parks from now on. no choice in payment offered. my wife does not own a smartphone. ruined our visit by all this hassle. get and keep the cash payment machines working ! clear example of putting profit over customer service.
