I unfortunately forgot to change my vehicle registration number on the app, tried to rectify it once I realised the error, emailed Justpark but they couldn't do anything and ended paying the fine.

Failing to get a signal was very difficult to add more time on the car. Time that was needed to allow us to get back from the beach so ended up with a fine! Safe to say we will not be using that carpark again

I have now received my 3rd PCN here since February 2022. The first was because the machines were printing peak season ticket expiry times during an off-peak period. Whoever issued the PCN wasn't available for us to raise this with when we arrived and they clearly didn't bother checking our arrival time and the fee we had paid when they issued the PCN. The second, four months later, was because I input the number zero instead of the letter 'O' when entering my number plate. The third is because my JustPark transaction didn't complete (the signal is terrible at Sandy Acres; I should have noticed, but I didn't). I paid as soon as I realised and made Armtrac aware of my mistake on the same day, but they responded with a PCN. And the funny bit? The Armtrac website says they can "offer peace of mind to all users of the site"...
