This is the second time I have used this space; each occasion for over one week (most recent was 18 days!) and everything was perfect. Very clear arrival instructions with the space exactly as described; despite the hustle and bustle of the airport nearby, the area felt quiet and safe. I returned to my vehicle to find it exactly as I left it.
I had a chance meeting with host, who was friendly, gracious and eager to ensure I knew where I was going and if I needed any further assistance.
I WILL use this space every time I fly out of Heathrow.
