Space description
One parking space located on Nestles Avenue in Hayes opposite the Barrat Homes main entrance. Please do not park in front of tall wooden gates as they are in regular use. I have an external car EV charger fitting which connects to a standard 13a plug fitting which is chargeable at £2 per hour paid locally. ( Must bring you own charging cable ). The parking has full CCTV and security lighting. It is about a 4 minute walk to Hayes and Harlington Station so very useful if going catching a train or going to Heathrow airport. Also well positioned if you are working at Barrat Homes which is directly opposite, known as the Old Nestles Factory. Please provide one hours notice before arriving. Many Thanks.
