Easy to find ideal for train station

I arrived at the location to find that the allocated parking space was already occupied by another vehicle. I contacted the owner immediately, who initially stated that he would be outside within a minute. However, five minutes later he called back to say that he was not at home. During the conversation, he attempted to justify why the space was occupied, offering inconsistent explanations, including suggesting that a random individual had parked there. This was clearly not credible and did not resolve the issue. As a result, I was unable to use the space I had paid for and was forced to find and pay for alternative parking elsewhere. This experience was both inconvenient and frustrating, and reflects a lack of reliability and accountability on the part of the space owner.

There were road roadworks so had to ask work men to move barriers to enter space and also to leave space for me to leave otherwise i wuld not have been able to park. No message to warn me beforehand.
