Easy and simple to use. Found a great parking spot that suited my needs at a decent price. The whole booking process was easy and smooth and the information and instructions provided ahead of the booking were helpful and gave me all the details I needed. The support team were very helpful too when I needed to ask a question.

Car was safe and covered. Easily accessible from Heathrow (about 4 miles) by Uber from terminals 2 and 3. Would be cheaper by public transport from terminal 5. I prefer parking and keeping my key which this allows.
I would have liked a number for easier communication regarding extending stay if necessary.

Fabulous! We left the car for 10 days and came back as it was. Easy to park and near to train station to go to Heathrow Airport. Definitely we will use justpark again next time.
