Owner cancelled my booking without any notification. It's happened twice and Just Park also doesn't alert you either.
I am never booking this space again.

Unfortunately the owner seems to rent the property as an Air B&B. Tonight, the current renter parked a large van across the exit from the space meaning I was blocked in for 20 mins between when I arrived at 6:40pm and around 7:00pm. The owner did get hold of the renter to ask them to move their van (I rang the doorbell three times in 10 mins but they didn't answer to me, the only response being shouting from within the house). I don't think the arrangement is great.

Nice big space near the tube only thing I would say is the house is rented out on air bnb as when we got back our car was blocked in but we knocked on the door and the person staying there moved his vehicle for us but if they were not in we would have been stuck but other than that it was great for us

Parked outside black gate photo makes the location seem more spacious than reality. Another car had parked on the pavement making it challenging for the second park on the grass space to be used. Upside there is a little path next to the property as shortcut to the station. Strewn with bottles and rubbish and very narrow not sure single females would feel safe using it but there are other routes to the station. I felt the car to be safe at the bottom end of a cul se sac.

1st time I parked all went well with no issues at all. Unfortunately on the second booking the drive was not free nor was I able to contact the owner leaving me to find a new parking space at short notice. Rather disappointing. I was hoping the space owner was going to be reliable as the space and location are great but unfortunately not.
