Purchased parking in advance and arrived at carpark but no mention on signs about Just Park, only to pay via another parking company, so it left me wondering if I was in the right place and if I was covered. Great carpark though and easy access.

Online there is No mention of different prices for hotel and non hotel users. The signs in the car park state there is. No ANPR cameras.

This is a hotel parking area and is in good proximity to the M6 and A580. There is a coded barrier on exit which offers added security

Everything was fine - until we discovered at hotel reception, that parking at weekends is free ! Obviously the hotel could not refund us, so I would like to request a refund; and also that you do a little more detailed research into your individual parking sites.
