Online there is No mention of different prices for hotel and non hotel users. The signs in the car park state there is. No ANPR cameras.

This is a hotel parking area and is in good proximity to the M6 and A580. There is a coded barrier on exit which offers added security

Everything was fine - until we discovered at hotel reception, that parking at weekends is free ! Obviously the hotel could not refund us, so I would like to request a refund; and also that you do a little more detailed research into your individual parking sites.
