The car park was fine up until we came to leave. When I swiped the ticket at barrier it said I had £7 to pay even though it was 15 minutes before the end of our booking. I rang the intercom at the barrier and eventually the person on the other end answered, shouting at me and it was very hard to understand what they were saying. Eventually I deciphered that I had to go to the car park office so I had to leave my two children in the car alone to find the office. At the office, again it was hard to understand what the person was asking me to do but after providing my booking number and registration, and signing something, I think I had completed what I needed to do (they weren't clear) and I went back to the car and was able to leave. The instructions on the booking email did not mention any of this.

Very convenient for Wembley by tube and good price. Only downside is that as soon as the ticket was printed upon entry then surely as Ive already pre paid it should have been validated straight way, as when I left car park, the barrier never accepted the card so I had to park up again, go to ticket office to get it validated then go back to the car again, fortunately no other ocars were waiting behind me at the barrier as would not have been able to reverse to park up again. Other than that it was a good experience

Booking the car parking space was very easy among with making changes after the booking.
A little difficult finding the car park but we eventually we found it.
The car park was further away from the tube station than stated on the website which was disappointing as we ended up being late.
Collecting my car was very annoying as the attendant was very rude and refused to accept my booking number even after l had shown him the confirmation email. This took about 10 minutes to convince him that l had prebooked the car park space, at midnight not what l needed.
Eventually he did validate my parking ticket with a few minutes left till the parking ended.

There was no parking space reserved as I thought there would be up to booking. Then got there had to take a ticket at the barrier then there was no release button at the barrier and security said we would need to park up again go in to level one in the hospital and have the ticket validated which isn't what the booking with you said. Had to pay again at the barrier. Not happy as incorrect information given when booking/booked. Please call me
