There are no instructions on how to leave the basement carpark once parked with all carpark doors locked and requiring an electronic fob to exit, and no phone signal. Also, there's no instruction on how to reenter the carpark to retrieve my car. I had to walk behind a car driving in.

WARNING pcn issue: It states you need a permit, but justpark instructions don't state it.
It's not somewhere I'd park again.
I'm appealing, but justpark NEEDS to investigate this action.
