Arrived as arranged only to find someone parked in the space. Knocked on the door to be greeted by an elderly relative who was clearly distressed. Had to stand outside in the rain. Rang the owner. Apparently the car belonged to his sister who had now gone shopping. Suggested parking on a neighbours drive. There were no spaces so basically it was just tough. Despite having paid. Parking only booked as my wife was on crutches after a lengthy hospital stay. Truly awful. My view is that this person should not be on Just Park if they have no control over the space and such poor management skills. Totally unacceptable. I’m now trying to obtain a refund.

Great location for easy access to the tube station, only feedback is the listing photo shows the house next door instead of the actual drive you're renting.

1st time using this app and it was perfect for our day trip to London. Great location for Wembley and didn’t take long to get into central London from Kingsbury station which was about 10 mins away.nice size space for our car in a decent area , will definitely use again for our next trip to London.

Great parking. Great to have the car off the road. It's quite a wide and long car so was amazing to have it parked safely on a driveway.
Such a great location for the tube. And one stop from Wembley. And means your going the opposite way to most fans after a trip to Wembley!
