When we got to the location, the pin code you gave me in the email didnt work. I had to telephone your helpline, after waiting 10minutes i was advised that the code had been changed... but i hadnt been told ???

Easy to book on line with all the information you need.. Very safe location. Easy access in and out of car park and a 1 minute walk to station. 3 stops to Wembley so good location.

All the arrangements were as planned and arranged. The only issue we had was that the basement parking bays were beneath some ventilation grilles above. When we came back the car was covered in a dried liquid which when we looked closer was in fact coffee. Someone above had poured coffee down the grilles onto the car below. There was a lot so maybe there was a shop or something located above.
Had to get the car cleaned afterwards.
