Carpark shutter code didn't work. 20 minute wait to answer my call for them not to be able to hear me. Ended up parking elsewhere. Never again

The main shutter didn’t open with the just park app after I first parked my car. For car was stuck in there for 2 days and I couldn’t get it out. The Hub management didn’t help at all and were rude. Just park customer service didn’t see a problem at their end and couldn’t do anything. Finally I had to wait 30mins near the gates and tailgate some body to get in the car park and drive my car out. Pathetic and ridiculous, will never park there again.

Directions to car park not great - had to drive round twice to locate entrance - Would help if told entrance was a shutter - Code did not work for access at first but got in and car park good and great location - just where I wanted it.

On the first day, wereceived the wrong parking code, when we tried to contact customer support, their lines were offline, so we didn't get the full 3 days to park there.

When I get to the place I just follow the instructions and I can't get in the car park because the slide door access hasn't opened.
Then I called the number provided to ask why no access and unfortunately the office was closed.
