Kimberley Hotel Car Park

Booked parking, arrived to find that there was no spaces. Unfortunately had to cancel with no refund given. Won't use again

Hard to find Very dodgy car park Extension to car park better but hard to work out if this was part of the original car park Bad area Photos did not help find car park as names have changed etc

Inexpensive parking in Harrogate town centre. Very easy to book. My first time booking car parking with JustPark but would happily use this method again. No complaints.

This parking is in the car park of what used to be The Kimberley Hotel in Harrogate. I had no idea the hotel is now empty, boarded up and derelict looking. There is no lighting in the car park and I was concerned about leaving my car there over night. We had to return to it in the dark and could barely see without a torch. My car was untouched, but I definitely wouldn't use this car parking space again.

There's no signs, it's not clear where you should park, cancelled and don't even think I got a refund. The Kimberley hotel doesn't exist and is boarded up so couldn't call and check.

The whole process was so simple. I found a space via the app, booked it and paid for it Instructions with directions were sent Parking space was found easily and was safe.

Does not tell you that the hotel is in fact boarded up and derelict ! Does not feel dafe really

As described! Sat nav doesn’t take you to the actual car park but to the end of the road. Just have to keep an eye out for the turning
