This was straight forward from start to finish. Put the link into Google maps and it took us straight to our location. However when we got there some guys were doing maintenance at the entrance and were quite rude. They didn't want to let us in. I called the number given and the guy was lovely. Spoke to them over the phone and the let us in. He stayed on the phone and told us where to park. The bus stop is a very short walk down the street and over the road in front of the renaissance hotel. It is a short bus ride to the airport. There's a few buses that go there and run regularly. Upon return locating the bus stop was easy. Got off at the same location but opposite side of road and the short walk to the car. Literally 2 mins. Perfect spot for Heathrow Airport parking. I would definitely use again despite the maintenance guys. Thankyou

Have to phone attendant on arrival. It's the parking with the large silver gates/ fence. Very frequent public buses run on the main road. Drops you at the main bus depo for the airport and then it's a walk from there to the terminals

The parking area was unsuitable for parking; bushes and trees were encroaching on the spaces. After I reported this, they removed the vegetation but scratched my car in the process.

The parking space was heavily overgrown with bushes, did not look anything like the photos in the listing, the owner behaved in an unprofessional and discourteous manner, and my vehicle was damaged while parked there
