Extremely easy to book, great telephone communication when l had a question and the whole process was smooth

I found the website hard to navigate as I had reserved à space and when I got to car park it had reserved spaces and I didn’t know if my reservation was one of these as I’ve never done it before Then I didn’t know how I showed proof of purchase as it’s not obvious that it was camera reg recognition But for a first time it wasn’t all obvious and I stressed a lot over the small details Basically à one two three instruction would of been easy

Easy to find, clean and well lighted

Good car park close to the centre and short walk to the Piece Hall. The postcode took us to a road where there was not access to the car park and required us to figure out how to get to the entrance which is off a main road and a bridge leading in which is higher up than where the postcode takes you. The car park was safe but unsure which spaces were for JustPark. We asked an attendant who confirmed we were in a correct space but there was no signage. Good to pay via JustPark rather than wait for the long queue after the concert we attended. Overall it was good parking but a couple of things needed clarification to make it 5 star.

Easy to book a carpark online directions are spot on parked in halifax only a minor thing most spots are for NHS staff ground level top level non NHS plenty spaces!

Liked that our parking was sorted for the evening and on leaving we could pick up our car and go. Also liked that I got a message to confirm we had been.

Just a little confusing regards the NHS Staff restrictions on parking. Could we park in all other areas?

Fairly easy to park. Under cover and secure.

Excellent car park. Great that I was able to book online and have the assurance of insurance from damage while parked. The parking bays are of a good width and there is plenty of room to reverse in or out of them. Access to the car park was straightforward with a dedicated lane clearly marked. Highly recommended this car park which is just 5 min walk from the town centre of Halifax.
