Walnut Tree Close Car Park

I really liked the online service, it was very informative. However having paid in advance for three days parking when I arrived at the parking there were no obvious spaces to park in. I eventually managed to park between two other cars. I left my car which was fully loaded with my daughter’s belongings having moved her out of her home, not feeling very confident, but when I returned to the parking spot my car was secure and untouched.

No problems finding and parking but when I got back there was a parking ticket on my car. It stated that I hadn't paid. I have an online receipt so it is very irritating. Now I have to go through the hassle of appealing the fine. If not for that would have been 5*

I was very impressed by the ease of using the service and the value for money of this parking location. The online description of the location was accurate and the directions made it very easy to find. Knowing I had a guaranteed space to park before my train journey took away any stress or worries about missing my train.

Easy to get to the station but the spaces were tight. Some cars parked very close, almost into the spaces next to them so when I parked I couldn’t get out of my car. I missed my train after having to move to another space which was almost as tight. However once parked the car was safe all day.

My space was waiting for me when I arrived.And it really was close to the station.

The booking was easy. Finding the place was easy the day before when they sent me an image. The day of booking though it was annoying as google images did not match what I had been lead to believe was the carpark.

The car park was full on arrival with a space that a mini may have fitted in to, but our very big car was tight each side to 2 other minis who both could have parked better with more consideration! We left it there but was all day worried that a car either either side would hit ours upon leaving. Our space was not reserved and anyone could have taken that last spot!

I booked a spot at Walnut Tree Close Car Park in Guildford. Once I got to the Car Park there was no parking space at all. I’m very disappointed that I wasted money on a space that wasn’t even available. The website definitely needs to say when a place is sold out and not show false information about spaces available.
