Postcode takes you to Station Carpark! Address and direction needs to be more clear

Payment was a little bit tricky. Apparently my bank rejected my payment by cards couple times, though my credit and debit cards were acknowledged. On 3rd attempt managed to do payment. Parking on site was quite easy and exiting was quite easy too. Well located, within minutes of Guildford town centre.

Easy to find and book a space. It’s easy to change car regn after booking , if you need space for hired /borrowed car. Clear message with picture of the parking place . Thank you for the peace of mind.

I could not access the car park as the road was closed and the diversion signs were useless. I had to pay to stay in a different car park

There was no space for my car, paid for the space two weeks in advance and when I arrived there wasn’t any space for my car.

Access is not very easy - very difficult to turn vehicle to get into/out of space/car park Space wasn't obvious Otherwise, it was ok & close to town/station

We had booked to arrive at 2.30, we got there around 3pm and there were no spaces. This was very stressful as we had a train to catch. The spaces are hard to see and it is unclear who to contact if in difficulty? Someone came to collect their car which was fortunate. Hers was the last space. I would not use this again as I would need to know an actual space would be available.

I paid for parking but the car park was full when I arrived.

not reserved parking so if extra people turn up on the day, before you arrive, there could potentially be no available space for you.
