The house has a large shingled driveway and is accessible 24/7. There are 3 marked spaces on the left hand side of the driveway (as you drive in), backing onto the grass area. There are 2 spaces on the right hand side. The spaces are easily identifiable as there are 3 posts on the left and 2 on the right each with a sign saying "P - reserved parking". The second space on the right also has a sign on the fence saying “ P - reserved parking". Please park your vehicle in line with the posts/signs. Please note that the residents of the property have 2 spaces which are straight ahead in front of the gate and next to it on the right hand side - DO NOT PARK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The parking space is only a 5-minute walk to the rear of Guildford train station and it is possible to get a free 'bridge pass' that allows you to walk through Guildford train station and onto Guildford town centre. Farnham Road Hospital and Surrey University are only a 10-minute walk away. If you need to use Guildford train station, visit Farnham Road Hospital, Surrey University or Guildford town centre, this parking space is perfect.

You will recognise it from the photo included with this description. It’s a long narrow drive (but small vans have fitted in the space). Please park furthest into the space near the garden, so that my neighbour can use her space which is in front of the house.

Approx 10 minutes walk from the RSC Hospital, there's a bus stop a couple of minutes walk away at the end of the road which has a very regular service into town etc. Very suitable for students at the nearby university & ideal for Hospital workers or visitors. The parking space is a gravelled surface outside the front of my property in a quiet residential area. There is someone home for most of the time & there has never been a problem with vandalism etc in the 20+ years I have lived here. I strongly recommend that you reverse into the space to make it easier when you leave. There is no gate or obstruction, you can come & go with ease.
