i couldn't find the spot number in the reservation. would be nice if the parking spot would be visible in the confirmation mail.

I tried top find the car park I had booked, but even a resident on the street didn't know where it was. I asked in the Travel Lodge on the same road and they didn't know. In the end I parked on the road where there was no parking restrictions. I tried to make another booking , but the card would not get authorised even though I had already booked one space. I then got an email thanking me for the booking! I have tried to leave a review when asked, but I get a message saying no booking found. All in all a chaotic and time wasting experience.
