The owner, occupier and/or manager accepts no liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for theft, attempted theft, vandalism, loss of or damage to any vehicle or its contents, or for loss, damage or injury arising from third parties, other vehicles, weather, animals or other circumstances outside their reasonable control.
No representation or guarantee is made regarding the security or protection of any vehicle or belongings left within it.
Vehicles and belongings must not be left unattended at the property beyond the booked parking period.
2. DRIVER RESPONSIBLE FOR SUITABILITY AND MANOEUVRING
The driver is solely responsible for determining whether the space, driveway, access and surrounding area are suitable for their particular vehicle.
The driver is entirely responsible for safely entering, manoeuvring, parking and leaving the property and for ensuring sufficient clearance from walls, fences, gates, kerbs, buildings, posts, landscaping, other vehicles and any other objects.
Any directions, assistance or guidance provided by the owner, occupier, manager or any other person are provided for convenience only. Responsibility for the vehicle and all manoeuvres remains with the driver at all times.
3. DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE DRIVER OR VEHICLE
The person making the booking is responsible for any loss, damage, cleaning costs, repair costs or third-party claims caused by:
• The booked vehicle
• The driver
• Any passenger
• Any person attending the property in connection with the booking
This includes, without limitation, damage to:
• Walls and brickwork
• Fences and gates
• Posts and boundaries
• Driveway surfaces and paving
• Kerbs and drainage
• Buildings and structures
• Landscaping and planting
• Other vehicles
• Neighbouring property
• Any other property or fixtures
The person making the booking will be responsible for the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, cleaning or reinstatement resulting from such damage.
Any damage caused must be reported promptly.
4. VEHICLE LEAKS AND CONTAMINATION
Vehicles must not leak oil, fuel, coolant, brake fluid or any other substance onto the driveway or surrounding property.
The person making the booking will be responsible for reasonable cleaning, treatment, repair or reinstatement costs arising from any leakage, staining or contamination caused by their vehicle.
5. AUTHORISED VEHICLE ONLY
Only the vehicle registered against the booking may use the space unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The vehicle must be roadworthy, appropriately insured and legally compliant throughout the booking period.
The booking may not be transferred to another vehicle or person without prior agreement or amendment through JustPark.
6. PARK WITHIN THE DESIGNATED SPACE
The vehicle must be parked wholly within the designated parking area.
Vehicles must not obstruct:
• The pavement
• The highway
• Property entrances or exits
• Neighbouring driveways
• Other parked vehicles
• Pedestrian access
• Any other accessway
The driver must leave sufficient space for safe access around the property.
7. BOOKING PERIOD
The vehicle may only remain on the property during the confirmed booking period.
The vehicle must be removed promptly by the booking end time unless an extension has been booked and confirmed through JustPark.
Remaining beyond the booked period does not create any continuing right to occupy or use the space.
8. PERMITTED USE
The booking grants permission solely to park the booked vehicle in the designated parking space for the booked period.
The booking does not grant any tenancy, lease, licence to occupy any other part of the property, exclusive possession or other interest in the property.
The space must not be used for:
• Vehicle repairs or servicing
• Vehicle washing or detailing
• Storage of goods
• Commercial activity
• Sleeping or accommodation
• Camping
• Disposal of rubbish
• EV charging unless expressly agreed
• Loading or unloading for prolonged periods
• Any unlawful activity
Drivers and passengers must restrict themselves to those parts of the property reasonably necessary to access and leave the vehicle.
9. PASSENGERS AND VISITORS
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that the driver, passengers and anyone attending the property in connection with their booking comply with these conditions.
Children and animals must be appropriately supervised at all times.
10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
No responsibility is accepted for property left in, on or around a vehicle.
Users are strongly advised not to leave valuables visible inside their vehicle.
11. NO STORAGE OR ABANDONMENT
The parking space must not be used for long-term vehicle storage unless specifically agreed.
Vehicles which are abandoned, apparently abandoned, substantially damaged, unsafe or left beyond the authorised booking period may be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and JustPark procedures.
Any reasonable costs arising from dealing with an unauthorised or abandoned vehicle may be sought from the person responsible where legally recoverable.
12. RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY AND NEIGHBOURS
Drivers and passengers must behave reasonably while on the property and must not cause nuisance, excessive noise, obstruction or disturbance to neighbouring properties.
Engines should not be left running unnecessarily.
No rubbish, cigarette ends or other waste may be left on the property.
13. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner, occupier and/or manager accepts no liability for loss, damage, theft, injury, inconvenience, delay, missed travel connections or other losses arising from use of the parking space except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
The parker remains responsible for the safe operation, parking and security of their vehicle throughout the booking.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These conditions apply in addition to the applicable JustPark terms and conditions.
By making a booking, entering the property or using the parking space, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions.
