Great location easy to park

Parking was very simple no problem plenty of space excellent value

We booked into our ideal ca Park for a few days which was close to our hotel this was an important factor of our holiday as I'm disabled in a wheel chair Upon arrival there wasn't a space to park the car in,we rang the helpline and was told to park 10 mins away in sainsbury car park.we noticed the signage saying u weren't allowed to park over night so we enquired in the shop and was told that they had no knowledge of this.we struggled to our hotel with our luggage,myself in a wheelchair,a toddler and my 2 young grandchildren.when it was our departure day we struggled the way back to the car with out luggage.We had decided not to use the car during our stay as it was too much upheaval walking back and forth from the carpark which caused a restriction on our plans.Wecant understand how when u bookeda carpark space before leaving home that when we arrived it was not vacant.surely u have misssold a package that was not available which is illegal.

Easy to find and plenty of spaces

Although a lengthy process to do online it was good that we could do it at home and pre- book.
