Booked same location for an extra night after using for a few days with no issue. Went to check car as usual a couple hours after booking to find the entire car park had been taken over by travellers. I immediately cancelled it again to find refund was unavailable despite only just booking unfortunately this was not clear when booking last minute and I didn’t feel it safe to leave my vehicle there.
