Great place to park especially if you're going to the cruise terminal in Tilbury. Excellent communication with Lucas too. Parked here many times and will continue to do so.

Parked for a 12 day cruise from Tilbury - space is about 5 mins from Greys station which is one stop from Tilbury Town. Car absolutely fine and as it was left, on return.

Squeezed too many spaces into a small area and then I received a message the next morning saying I wasn't parked well enough and I needed to be closer to a the fence, I was fully in the space and no further out then any other car. I would not recommend this space unless you have a smart car or smaller.

Good location - the train/bus station is within 5 minute walk. If you are going on a cruise there are plenty of trains/buses to Tilbury - then a 20 minute walk to the terminal. The parking spaces might be a bit tight if you have a big car. It was fine for my Hyundai i20.
