Arranging parking very easy. Full instructions supplied on what to do and how to find the Sainsbury’s car park in Grantham. Very close to the station - only a 5 minute walk.

Booked at a Sainsbury’s car park for £6.99 but was only allowed to book up to 21:30. Couldn’t extend on the app and after 30 mins spent on the phone with Just Park customer service was told i needed to rebook after the booking had expired. Process for doing this was difficult with messages saying that I could not rebook over a current booking. Eventually worked but found out today that on top of the £6.99 initial cost i have been charged one payment for £13.19 and another for £6.99. Total parking cost of over £27 when i could have used a nearer NCP car park for £3.95 and saved myself a lot of time not have to extend a booking. Never again!
