Reference picture featured a McDonald restaurant not close to the railway station. Staff not aware of parking facility. Couldn't locate car park in vicinity. Parked instead at reasonably priced NCP outside the station.

I couldn't find the space... very stressful . The picture shows a McDonalds and the sat nav shows 1-2 Bridge end st in Grantham as a Traffic Lights stop across from McDonalds.
Truly a really bad experience . Can I get a refund please as I had to park elsewhere .
