Booking was for a group of 10 Y7 boys to attend a rugby match for a birthday party. This booking replaced an earlier one which was cancelled without explanation ‘circumstances beyond our control’ so I had to rebook elsewhere and redo all the pick up and drop off arrangements with parents at short notice. Less than impressed. I’m just glad I spotted the cancellation email because I could easily have turned up on match day to find my booking was cancelled with a load of confused parents.

My only comment is that's it's not obvious how you get into the car park, Gloucester have loads of roads closed in the area, the car in front went up and over a pedestrian walk way to get in, seemed the only possible way in

The place didnt exist! The post code took us somewhere completely irrelevant ended up paying £20 elsewhere!!!
